Book Reviews
NLP at Work - by Sue Knight
Very clear and well-structured overview of NLP as it applies to business. This book is a must read for anyone interested in NLP
NLP For Dummies - by Kate Burton and Romilla Ready
I have read many NLP books and this one stands out as being one of the best around. What I particularly like about it is the humour and the examples - and the clear way some of the more complex NLP principles are explained. I also like the index which is really helpful when you are using the book to dip into for specific information. In-depth and also easy to read. A good combination.
I have read dozens of books on NLP, reports, Journals, etc, and found that this has taken me forwards more than any other. It really has expanded my thinking regarding the sub conscious, and as a consequence, can recommend it fully.
The Well Being Handbook - by Cissi Williams
This book is a manual of how to look after yourself, emotionaly, physically, mentaly and spiritually. It's author uses lot of NLP techniques, that have been extended to encompass lots of ancient methods within the step-by-step personal coaching pages. If you are interested in using your NLP for health and healing, then this book will expand your knowledge and skills to aid in that process. The techniques are elegant, but very powerful. As a Master practitioner, I have used them all, with much success, and seen quite profound change work with my clients. This is a book you must have in your collection!
