What Information do we collect and why?

• Membership joining information: If you want to join the BBNLP as an individual member or corporate member, you will be asked to provide general information, including contact details (such as your name and address) and details of your profession etc. We will use this information to maintain your account with us and to fulfil our obligations. We shall also ask for your payment details so that we can renew your membership in 12 months time at the touch of a button as long as the payment details are still valid. The memberhip can only be renewed with the member's consent and the member will be notifed 21 days before the anniversary. The payment details are held on our highly secure servers and are encrypted for additional protection. 
• Member profile and forum: If you wish to use the profile centre or forum we will ask you to register a username and password. This is so that we can monitor these areas for improper use and ban anyone abusing this service.

How else does The BBNLP & GONLP use Information that it collects from this site?

As well as using information about you for the specific purposes set out above, we may also use information about you for the following purposes:

• To send you information about the BBNLP & GONLP and promotional material about our services and products and services offered by other companies that we think may be of interest to you, provided that you have opted in as described below.
