Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the product. Notification of a cancellation must be emailed to info@bbnlp.com with the header ‘CANCELLED ORDER'. This only applies to products ordered through the BBNLP and not any third party sites linked to the BBNLP.
